I loved the Freddy books 50 years ago when I was in elementary school. I still love to reread them today. They teach life lessons and develop vocabulary in ways I seldom see in more contemporary books. Freddy is a great character to emulate, and learn from as well as to be entertained by. Long Live Freddy!!

I loved this book! It was hilariously funny and Freddy the detective and his animal friends, especially Mrs.Wiggins the cow were wonderfully entertaining.Keep up the detecting Freddy!
