Add a CommentA few people recommended this but I just couldn't get into it. Too much description, not enough plot or credible action ! It lost me by the second chapter. -Life is too short to read dull books !
The Martial arts in this book was the only reason I read this! Barry Eisler could have left out the sexual cotent!
Had a hard time not liking this one. The opener to one of my favorite series in the genre.
A strange and aloft book. Hard to catch, bizarre with shadowy characters in somewhat unbelievable situations. Rain remains somewhat cartoonish.
