Excellent story, direction, filming and acting.
Fast paced and tense the entire time.

Dark emotional, thriller

Perspective of how women are truly treated and viewed in society is the major theme.
End up questioning reality, not believed, not taken seriously.

Parenting instincts to go to any length to save a child regardless of the consequences

Self confidence, trusting instincts

May 2016, not a bad movie, I was entertained for an hour and a half......

I checked out the Southwest Branch's copy. The disc needs cleaning. The film froze at one point and didn't recover. :(

If you like terror and irrational suspense, you might like this movie. For me, I want some sort of redeeming quality in a movie .... which this one lacked. Sorry .....

Wow. What a completely stupid, annoying, highly improbable movie. What a waste. I will never get that hour and a half of my life back. Grrrrrr! I resent very much that the cover boasts how tight the plot is - and yet, you could drive a Mac truck through the holes in the plot. Dumb, dumb, annoying and did I mention dumb?

One of the things i noticed while watching this movie is how quite it is. But this is what makes this film worthy of HOMETHEATER!!! While watching this movie pay attention to the sounds inside the plane. It gives you an audio depth of the aircraft while the main character is searching for her daughter. I also enjoyed the story and the cast while trying to figure out where her daughter could be or was she dreaming the whole thing. It's a good movie that's part of my collection. I'll give this mystery movie 4 stars. Good story, good cast, and very good acting from Jodi foster. Spaghetti with large meatballs, two slices of whole wheat bread and a large "Tahitian treat".

Julia: What kind of food do they have?
Kyle: On the airplane?
Julia: In America. Grandma and Grandpa.
Kyle: The best!
Julia: Do they have toast?
Kyle: [chuckles] Of course.
