Almost always enjoy Michael Douglas' films. Lots of suspense!

In The Sentinel Pete Garrison is a Secret Service agent assigned to protect the President and First Lady. Pete also happens to be having an affair with the First Lady. An informant tells Pete about an assassination plot to kill the President and he reports it to his superiors. After failing a lie detector test Pete is suspected of being a traitor and part of the plot. On the run Pete tries to track down the real conspirators. The movie is entertaining but the storyline is far-fetched to say the least.
