Style is not about fitting into the size you think is sexy, it is about picking the clothes that fit your body correctly and that create balance. Perfect balance and perfect style. Bayou helps readers identify their silhouette shape and combine that information with a height/weight chart to determine which of the 48 |fitting rooms| to go to in the book. Each room has his specific advice for that woman on the clothes and accessories to wear and avoid and how to create balance using colour, scale, proportions and fabric.

This was a fun book to read and browse through. A little informative though it seems more for fashion gurus than someone looking for just themselves as it'll end up being maybe two to four pages that cover one persons size and shape. Still an interesting book that I would check out again.

I thought this was a very thorough book for body types and how to make the most of them. I've tried a couple of his top suggestions and even for every day looks they work! Worth the read.
