I didn't think my baby would be ready to sleep after 90 minutes, but sure enough with a little soothing, he would go right to sleep. This book is a very easy and quick read with some great information and tips.

Really good book, easy and quick to read for the busy new parent. The author also summarizes the main points at the end of some chapters. My baby doesn't sleep at the 90minute mark, he tends to get sleepy at 60minutes. But the idea of following your baby's natural sleep rhythms seems to work.

The idea behind this book, that babies are ready to sleep every 90 minutes, seemed crazy to me at first. But then I started watching my son's sleep signals, and sure enough, they occurred 90 minutes after waking up from his last sleep. Within days of implementing the methods in this book for daytime napping, my son started sleeping long stretches at night. I wish I had read this book sooner.
