This is a 2008 documentary produced for the National Geographic Channel.
Through powerful filmmaking, the film illustrates how global warming has already affected the life on the earth.
With a sobering look at the effects of our world's insatiable appetite for energy, the film will guide you degree by degree what each rising degree could mean for the future of our people and planet.
It is a gripping and eye-opening documentary.

there is NO global warming---its been proven that this occurs every so many generations apart. This was all Al Gore's doing---just to line his pockets with more money. Its truly sad when a politician can lead so many to believe in lies, when its just nature repeating its self. But since we were not alive when this last occured, we believe all the lies! Yes, fossil fuels do help to destroy our ozone layer, but not to the degree they are trying to get us to believe---funny how you dont hear anything from Al Gore anymore---he made his millions and now he is off spending his millons while laughing at those who believed his lies! WAKE UP, EVERYBODY---THIS IS NATURAL!!!

Since we are all trapped in the world dependent of fossil fuel, we are all in trouble. But only few would mind because we are all busy in our everyday living or everyday survival for most of us.
Since fossil fuel is already sold in the derivative market in the form of futures while these fuel are still yet to be extracted from earth. It looks like we are hopeless to escape from using more of this fossil fuel because trillion of dollars is at stake and the rich tycoons will do everything to protect their investments. And while we are still trapped in the "profit based model" society, we are doomed.
