"The Taskforce is used to being the hunter, but this time they're the hunted. Intent on embroiling the US in a quagmire that will sap its economy and drain its legitimacy, Russia passes a potential weapon of mass destruction to Boco Haram, an extreme Islamic sect in Nigeria. A relic of the Cold War, the Russian FSB believes the weapon has deteriorated and is no longer effective, but they are wrong. Boco Haram has the means for mass destruction, which will be set loose upon a multitude of unsuspecting innocents on one of the world's grandest stages. Trying to solve the riddle of who might be stalking them, Pike Logan and the Taskforce have no idea what's been set in motion; but there's another secret from the Cold War buried in the Russian FSB, and exposing it will mean the difference between life and death-not only for Pike and his partner, Jennifer, but for perhaps millions more around the globe"--Provided by publisher.

I hung in with this book until Chapter 89 and then the more I read, the more I disliked Pike's attitude and his bad language. He seems very immature. and by comparison the Israelis were far more interestingly written. I couldn't take to the guy at all and couldn't bring myself to waste any more time on the book.
A decent thriller; I especially liked the way Pike and his team worked with the Mossad. Shoshana's skills and courage were exceptional; I also liked Aaron. The ending was pretty cool; also. The Russians were pretty predictable and thus a bit boring. The suitcase nuke idea has been used before, but the idea behind this one was pretty plausible. Definitely a page turner!
This guy is good. He gives a good read in everyone of his books. Writes current events to a "T". Rotating his characters and ready for another book.
