Each Paranormal Activity seems to get farther and farther away from the original demon in the house premise. Now we got evil witches and the possibly start of a zombie army to do their bidding. Let's just say this series has become unwieldy.

Nothing new here in this installment of the Paranormal Activities, as a matter of a fact i felt at one point towards the end they had used some of the same footage from Paranormal 2... there was a spin on it new to the series, but it certainly didn't qualify as any decent reason to make another movie....

Nothing new in this movie as far as special effects that we haven’t seen 1000 times before. The movie was very cheaply made cheaply acted also in other words, it was a dumb movie.

I did like some of the new features in this latest installment of Paranormal Activity, but it wasn't scary, quite silly at times, and didn't follow through on ideas they had. I would have like to have seen more of the ceremonies being performed. There seems to be a massive back story that is never fully explained. And it seemed more like a comic book movie than a paranormal movie at times. When you watch the third act, you'll know what I'm talking about. Maybe it's worth a viewing since most horror flicks aren't available at the library, but it is by far the weakest of the series. "Does this movie suck?" The Simon game lights up green.

The beginning really had you in your seat. This ending was so weak.

Call me a bit jaded, but I was under the impression that this was the fifth followup to the fourth film. Nevertheless while I did enjoy it to a point, and it had it's moments, there's not alot here that we already havent seen in previous entries. The only difference was that the main cast were Hispanic. Other than that, it's a repetitive story riddled with the predictability found in most found footage movies. Shaky camera that induced a headache, the one memory I took from seeing this.

A waste of time!

Nope, another flop that doesn't go far enough. Somewhere, sometime, there is a found footage movie waiting to happen that'll be knock-our-socks-off scarey. This ain't it. I'm still hopeful.

This is, by far, the worst of the Paranormal Activity series. I would consider myself a fan of the series, as I've always found them unique in their approach to supernatural horror, and the movies were always pretty well executed with pretty interesting visuals. But having said that, this film is awful. If I would have watched it without having seen the title, I would have never guessed it was a Paranormal Activity film. The actors are second rate. The writing is even worse. And, there are almost no interesting things going on visually. This really isn't even worth watching, and I'd definitely recommend skipping it. If their next film is as bad as this one, the series may wind-up dying.
