The television series is a little more stronger comparing to Volume, but it's still a good read.

The Walking Dead – Vol. 12, Life Among Them - I love the television drama series ‘The Walking Dead;’ need I say more? I really enjoyed this graphic novel/comic but I am disappointed that it is in black and white only. Creepy book, due to some of the content, recommended for teens 16 years of age and older. Doctor-at-Bass! T. A.

Volume 12 is much different from many of the previous volumes. A lot of action in the beginning quarter of the book but with the 2nd half dedicated to both character development (of existing and a bunch of new characters) and the group exploring their new "home" and whether it is too good to be true. Many people might find part of this book to be boring but I loved it and you know they are setting up for some major zombie killing and munching action for Volume 13.

This is clearly a set-up book, so lots of talking, less action. I look forward to resolution in Volume 13!
