A wonderful map for not only those who are experiencing chronic conditions, also for those who are journeying with them as supporters and care-persons for them. Shifts the way we view life and living with challenging situations and conditions.

I highly recommend this book for all......we will all be on one or both sides of this equation today, tomorrow,or further in times to come in our lives.
