Those annoying characters who don't do what you know they should!!! They drive me CRAZY!! After discovering this series, I have very much enjoyed each book. The characters are well-drawn, and the not so great parts of the Arthurian stories are toned down. This book introduces Piers, who wishes to be a proper page and be called Pierre. He becomes Parsifal's Page (hence the title) and attempts to teach him what Parsifal must know to become a knight. You may remember Parsifal from The Squire, his Knight and his Lady, but if not, just know he has showed up before. I have learned a lot about King Arthur from reading these books.
