Okay, so I have to admit that I only picked up this book because it has a pig on the cover. Sorry, I'm a bit obsessed with them at the moment. This is a great book. Period. Just read it. But why? You might ask. I borrowed this book expecting to read about some magical adventure in another world. But no, This book is one hundred percent in this world, at least I think it is. It is SO FUN! I can't remember the main character's name because his parents don't believe in nicknames, but it was something long that started with an A. Or, at least I think it does. Maybe not. Whatever the case, the male lead, who's name may or may not begin with an A, took buses home from school. He lived a very, very scientifically normal life. That is until the beginning of this book. Evie is miserable. Nobody will befriend her and her life feels way too monotonous and boring, that's probably why she didn't mind jumping off the roof of a clock tower. READ THIS! Animals in tiny hats, lamas, dead grandfathers who aren't actually dead. I'm sure there is something in here to please you.
